I would like to empty my file cabinets and store all of my documents on my computer. It would be so much faster to find a file and document and then print it if I need to. Of course I would have one file not shredded and that would contain birth certs, ss cards, marriage license titles and such as that. I just want to know if in the future I need an original document, will the scanned pdf copy be considered as the original?
