    I have a HP photosmart all in one printer/scanner/copier and im trying to scan an old picture that was taken by a desposable camera onto my mac, i put the picture in and pressed scan and it said the usb was not connected but i have everything plugged in. anyone know whats wrong?

      put the pic on the photocopier and click the scan button and the computer will scan. i have a hp laptop and that’s what I did but the pic turned out to be small.

      yeah i have the same as you scanner printer , i had trouble at first but the best thing i did was to type in my search list on start menu and type in “Scan” and from there i was able to scan what i wanted .. if that dont work then go on HP website and re-install your printer/scanner . i found that my scan button on my printer doesnt work. just go in the start menu and type in scan hope that works for you.

      simple really, just find any hole in your computer, then take the picture and stuff it in there it works great i do it lots, tho some people say thats why my pc randomly shuts down but whatever
