Just so you all know, this is a story about a cabin boy’s first days on a ship. Hinton is an overbearing galley cook, and Jonathan is the new cabin boy. By the way Jonathan will one day be Long John Silver from Treasure Island.
Hinton tottered drunkenly against the galley wall slopping some unrecognizable greasy mess into a stinking cauldron. A not too few oily drops splashed onto the galley stove’s scorching hot brass railing and sizzled into oblivion as dark smoking freckles. Heavy beads of sweat rolled down his apish features and fell onto his filthy brown once white shirt. He dug ruthlessly in his nose, grinning stupidly at the treasures he found there. Hinton’s repulsive manner made Jonathan’s skin crawl. He despised the man and the fact that he was being forced to work with this sloven creature. Hinton turned and then grinned, and without warning, striking Jonathan a heavy blow across his right cheek, and sent him sprawling to the galley floor. Jonathan’s mouth filled with blood, and it oozed out in heavy strings between his teeth and puddled onto the dark and grimy deck. He reeled as his cheek began to swell and tried to regain his footing but Hinton stepped back and kicked, burying his right foot deep in Jonathan’s stomach blasting the wind from his lungs. He coughed, spraying more blood across the galley floor and sucked air, but got nothing. “You watching me boy? You looking at me with them preacher’s eyes, judging me?” Hinton slurred. “Stand up, and clean the mess you made, yer bleeding all over me clean galley floor.” Jonathan turned his head and stared defiantly at the filthy cook with a white hot hate, burning holes into his attacker. Hinton glared, balled up a fist, and drove down hard into Jonathan’s wounded cheek. His whole world exploded into a blinding galaxy of stars.
After an eternity of nothingness he found himself on the main deck choking on the salty ice water that filled his mouth, nostrils and lungs. Jonathan opened his eyes, gagging and coughing only to see the empty canvas bucket that lay beside him. Hazy voices blended together jumbled into a meaningless puzzle. Hinton’s voice cut through the foggy consciousness; “…sleepin on the job sir! …not my fault! …my dooty is to train’um right sir!” Jonathan turned just in time to see Captain England deliver a firm kick to Hinton’s backside. “Back to your hovel dog!” commanded the captain pointing at the galley. “Misuse another cabin boy and I’ll have you scrapin’ barnacles from the keel at full sail. Understand you drunken sot?” Hinton groveled, submissively touching his forelock in obedience “Oh sir yes sir I understand sir”; he looked around scanning the deck for witnesses, and then he scurried away like a spider into his filthy den.
1st- Did this cause any problems in your pregnancy?
2nd- Did it prevent you from feeling the first kicks as early?
3rd- If you had a 3d/4d scan, did it get in the way, as I hear it sometimes does. (I want to get a video/photos done, but not if the placenta will be blocking)

They didn’t say whether it was high or low, but I read that if its low it could turn into placenta previa if it doesn’t move. Is that very common?

well 4 weeks ago i was in the E.R. for a uti that was hurting my abdominal pain on my right side upper right side, and they did these tests:
Studies done in the Emergency Department:
CBC with differential
Basic Metabolic Panel {SMA-7}
Liver Function Panel
Lipase
Urinanalysis
HCG Urine, Qualitative
Urine Microscopic
EGFR
CT oral COntrast
CT ABD and pelvis W/o contrast abd pain
And a blood count. Everything came out fine the cat scan came out fine. NOTHING WAS THERE MY KIDNEYS ARE good my intestines are good, once they did a urine test they saw a UTI my first ever, am 18 by the way i never had sex or smoke nor drink, I really need to know what might caused the uti? i called a doctor for tommorow or saturday at the same time waiting for a doctor with no health insurance because my parents make alot of money, I can’t keep going back to the E.R they already charge me under my name $3,715 and I don’t want to go back, they said after taking the prescription I have to go to a Physician for a urine culture i didn’t because I forgot, And it’s like i dunno i didn’t now i felt this pain yesterday, I took 5 pill of AZO but my period should be coming tonight or tommorow, now I hope it won’t go through my period blood i hope not, and like i hope it won’t go to my kidneys, am drinking lots of water and am peeing and taking AZO at the same time, now I wanna know what made the uti come back? why it came back what should i do until going to the doctor? Please what should i do to not make this worse ladies all around the world thank you lol. Have a good day.!!
fat/greasy foods. I mean the pain doubles me over and brings me to tears. I also have runny stools and vomiting. I went to a GI who said it might be acid and gave me omprazole (sp). Well, I’ve taken a months worth and have had at least three more attacks since then. I ate a Lean Cuisine spinach, mushroom, alfredo pizza and that had me in pain from 1 pm. to 11:30 p.m. Well, I recently had a CT scan with radiation injection and a HIDA scan, but both came back normal. I’m so frustrated because I haven’t eaten the thing I like in fear it may trigger something. No chocolate, no tomatoes, etc. The pain is usually in my upper abdomen and goes to my back and feels like it’s right in the middle.
Now, with the HIDA scan, they only gave me an ensure to stimulate my gallbladder, should they have given me more fat to really get it going? I’m not asking anyone to diagnose, but if you have any ideas, that would help.
I also had blood work done and that ruled out pancreatitis, which my doctor thought it was at first. I still think it’s my GB. I’m so scared to eat almost anything!

I haven’t scanned poetry in years and I cannot figure out this line. The word “therein” is really throwing me off.
