How do I start this Windows system program if I need to run it, voluntarily?

I scanned a bunch of pictures using a Lexmark 8300 all-in-one scanner/copier/printer/fax from some books and I got yellow lines on the scans. Is there anything I can do with the pictures in Photoshop Elements to get rid of the yellow lines?
Pictures as in developed ones. I don’t have the guide that came with the printer, help please!
I have not felt well for several months. I’ve had night sweats, weight loss, headaches, and I’ve just generally felt unwell. I also have 1 large lump in my neck that has been growing and a few smaller ones. The larger one is 3 cm (it’s about the size of a walnut in the shell) and the others are a bit smaller, but still good sized. I have gone to the doctor and they first did an xray of the soft tissues in my neck and it came back inconclusive- I guess it didnt really come out. Yesterday they did a ct scan of the soft tissues without contrast. The nurse just called me and told me they are going to do an mri because the ct scan didnt show much, I guess it didnt show what they were looking for. The doctor is determined to get some imaging of it because she says its an obvious neck mass and for some reason it hasnt shown up on the ct scan. Will it more likely show up on the mri? Would it more likely show up if they did use contrast? Does this mean it’s probably not anything serious? Have any of you had an obvious mass that didnt show up on an xray or ct scan? What did it turn out to be? She’s thinking of mri or biopsy- I guess we’ll see. Thanks.
Thanks for the advice. I havent been on antibiotics at all for this. The doctor isnt even completely sure that it’s actually a lymph node or something else growing that’s not supposed to be there. I think that’s why she wants to get some imaging of it first, so she can see what it is. She has also talked about a biosy, though. She wants me to come in Monday to discuss my ct scan, so hopefully I’ll know what the next step she’s going to take is. Thanks for reading.

i have had a bad pains in my lower abdomin so i went to the dr and he checked my urine and said there was blood in it so he felt around my stomache and said that its either 3 things, kidney stones, appenditis, or divaticulitus. ( sorry about spelling) well i went for a ct scan without contrast and it showed negitive for all 3 things but showed positive for cysts on ovaries… could i really be in this much pain from cysts on ovaries???
