      3 to 5 days.

It depends on how you wished the parcel delivered. If you requested standard ground delivery, it can take up to a week or more, depending on where you live, the weather, where it came from, etc. With the bad blizzards much of the nation has experienced, there may be a backlog, which could explain the delay even though it was scanned in your city three days ago. If it wasn’t sent using a priority method (overnight, 1-day, etc.) it might have to wait until parcels that were shipped by priority service are delivered first. However, if you requested 2- or 3-day delivery, you may need to contact the local UPS customer service center to have your parcel traced.
